Job was very easy. Remove the door strike from the jamb, remove the screws that hold the glides on, close the door and lift it out towards the outside. fridge has a wooden door covering it, remove that and take out the screws that hold the fridge to the counter. Remove the screw that holds the door on the fridge and you should be able to sneak the fridge through the doorway.
