Refigerator replacement 400SS 2005

My Nor Cold is not all that cold anymore. Norcold does not make a fridge with the same dimensions nor does the door work the same to retain the wood matched cabinet door. What installs are working on replacement units? Pics and fridge model numbers please. Thanks All

Norcold DE0061 is the replacement I put in my 03 400SS. Was able to reuse my cherry cabinet doors with some modification. Not an easy task, but it is possible. The fridge works great.

Would it fit through the door with some disassembly of the norcold?

I just did this replacement and ditched the factory wood panel door. You will need to unbolt the fridge condensor to get it in the cabin. I also removed the cabin door to make this work.

Yes that is correct what Bromaguire says, the cabin door has to be removed, bit of a task but it will come out.

Just did the whole replace failed Norcold fridge ... mine was a DE461 and the newer version is a DE0061. Newer version had doors much different size so articulated doors could not be used.

selected vitrifrigo dp2600 and wow is it much quieter than Norcold.

cabin door had to be removed and door of fridge. Cabin door was not as bad as I thought it would be....buy lots of painters tape to protect gelcoat
