So this panel is located under the throttle on my 88 242LS but I can't seem to figure out how to open it without breaking something. Is there a special way this is supposed to open? Looks like a fuse panel or access panel to the throttle cables etc I'm guessing.
Got some pictures of it. Looks like it's all there. Seems though like it's missing a bracket in the top left to keep the bar from sliding over or over rotating when all the way closed.
