Notice my coolant was way down yesterday on my port motor. Added a half gallon. Did 75 miles yesterday no problems. Down again this AM. Putting the boat away for winter. On the way to the lift completely normal temps and PSIs. Any theories ? Power is good, everything appears normal.

Could I merely close both seacocks and open up the top of the sea strainers add pink, start both units, until I see pink coming out the discharge holes while still in the water ?
Thinking about putting this horn on the arch. Do you think the arch is strong enough ? The horn is almost 16" long x 7" dia. I could go with the 12" one.
