I have a 09 370ss…..496…Bravo 3 dto drives. in neutral, idle and slow speeds my drives go up/down fine…. When I get on plane around 3k rpm, my starboard drive won’t move up or down! Port works fine at all rpm’s…..I check the fluid reservoir and it’s full…. any assistance would be greatly...
