Can?t seem to get my steering to track straight for docking when using the shifters How do you align the rudders?

The bilge switch on the dash was left on and it it seems to have stopped working. Where is the bilge pump that is connected to the dash switch?

Is there a set screw in the shifter which allows you to align the shifters? My mechanic replaced the stbd cable and now the shifters no longer align?

Replaced the steering actuator which signals to the rudder gauge the position of the rudders. However, the rudder gauge still not centered even though the rudder appear to be straight. Is there an adjustment that can be made-
