Cabinet Door finish separating from door

no easy way to do it. Although if its a full separation you can likely just get a spray adhesive. The "plastic" print wood lamination shrinks over time so that can make it difficult. I have a 34 PC and have the same issue. I am working with Ebelwood, who is the original manufacturer of the...

    Replacing Cockpit Flooring

Just seeing this Marine Mat has a patent on a fiber-reinforced floor. Its all supposed to come up in one piece, versus others that come up in pieces. Was silly easy to stick down, literally just peel and stick.

    Aft tv

In the 2005 34PC the aft cabin TV was hung on the door of the big cabinet in the aft and Formula wired an AC plug into that cabinet behind the door in the cabinet. I'm in the midst of replacing it and putting in a bigger TV but Formula changed the door and moved the door "handle" lower so a...

    Aft tv

In the 2005 34 PC there was one in the aft cabin and one in the galley. The factory started installing them on the large panel in the aft cabin and we did not like it as it would be behind the aft curtains when closed. So we simply installed a larger 32" TV with an articulating arm into the...

High water alarm float switch. 40PC

You should have two sets of bilge pumps and float switches. Atleast I do in my 34 PC 1) Bilge pump and two float switches in the engine bilge area. 1 float switch will be low on the bilge floor and the other float switch slightly higher with the bilge pump fastened to the hull. 2) Same setup...

    Replace stereo head unit

Gustaf is right - Just use a flat head screw driver and the mesh - put it between the wood and the mesh screen and it will easily pop out. Pull the four screws from the speaker and there is plenty of room to work away. Just put in an RA770 in the same area in my 34pc

The irony is I paid $100 bucks for the screen and rubber gasket because I needed the screens and not the gaskets. I ended up just getting the screen to slip into the old gaskets, easy job. I could not find the screens otherwise.

    Head Reset

If you add a bit of borax and dawn to your holding tank it will help keep the water soft and slippery and we'll make sure nothing gets jammed up or sticks to anything and will also keep the smell down in your head. Borax facilitates oxygen in the tank and the typical smell from a head comes from...
