Just a little footnote, the three latches are adjustable, to an extent. You can tighten them up until the port light is snug against the seal.

Start with a variety of fuses, you never know. I'd add to the VHF some sort of handheld unit, as well as a navigation App for you phone or tablet. As AllDoge said, depends on what part of the world, I'd think any major electronic parts could be overnighted to most places.

Have you tried CRC Contact cleaner. I've used that and a Flux brush cut back to about 1/4".

The air compressor needs lubrication, per the owner's manual. This should be done annually. Not sure where they hid yours, but on my 34 PC it's behind the breaker panel, located on the starboard side of the helm. You should be able to hear the compressor run, with the engines off.

Another thought, happened to me and another Formula owner. There is a solenoid, coming off the fuel tank, mine failed, didn't open all the way, preventing adequate fuel flow. Check that to make sure you have good fuel pressure.

My 2015 34 PC is supposed to have 2 100 gallon tanks. When filling it never reads above 189, pretty close. (That's when the nozzle shuts off, not when gas pukes out the fill :) ) When filling from approximately 1/2 tank I'll take 35-36 gallons in each tank. 72 gallons total 100 + 72 = 172...

I'm not sure which pump you have, but I'm pretty sure there is a full rebuild kit for the newer B3 pumps. This kit includes new impeller, wear plates, shaft, bearing and front seals.

My 34 PC is set up similar to MRR. I have an ACR that separates port start from house. 3 Bank Charger, starboard, port/house and generator. Also tie switch between port and starboard.

On the 34 PC the aft cabin TV was mounted on the port side cabinet door.

Sometimes TP gets hung up and sends a false reading. When the red full light is on system will not flush. Try adding some fresh water at the pump-out connection and stir things up a bit. Then pump out. Hopefully that will clear things up.

I replaced mine last year. Formula TAG was able to supply the replacement.
