Just bought this bought, it was not used for 2 years, took it out for a test ride today and the stern drive won't go down. Fluid was full, I could here the pump come on, but it would not go down. I did not see any leaks. Any ideas what is wrong? My friend suggested to take it out and open it up while pushing the switch, maybe it's stuck from lack of use and it would come down??
