Anyone have any tips on how to replace the through hull fitting for the bildge pump? Impossible to get to.

Not knowing where it is I take a guess if its like mine. Mine comes out the port and starboard sides on the inside under the swim deck.

If unable to get to it even barely, I would think about what it would take to seal up the original and cut a new whole in another location. If it can barely get to, can it be drilled/grinned out and feed it along with the hose attached back in?
 
I'm thinking I may have to go with option 1 and seal and cut a new hole as it is located where yours is. The problem with option 2 is the inside bolt doesn't fit over the hose in order to bring it through from the outside. Thanks
 
Actually option 2 was the winner, drilled the hole large enough for the hose to fit out and then secured it with an insert into the hose and a nut on the outside.
