233 hull shape

I'm in the process of trying to blueprint my hull, I've found it has a lot of rocker. I don't know if it's original or if when the stringers were replaced prior to my purchasing the boat caused the deformation. If anybody has access to the bottom of their 233, I would like to hear what shape it is, any input would be appreciated, thanks.

No not that, I mean if you hold a straight edge parallel to a chine, foreward from the transom, at what point does it lose contact with the hull?

All I know is a formula233 has a lot of rocker built into the hull. That is why it needs those down turned areas at the stern to push the bow down a little to compensate for trhe rocker. What this does on the water is the faster you go the less boat is in the water making it a fast and easy boat to push for a deep v.

Yes it does have a lot of rocker.....now I gotcha. Looking at mine on my bunk, you can see it.

I dug thru some pics, you can see where the strakes "leave the bunks".... ;)

The rocker in the 223 hull is for bow lift. My understanding, is that the early props did not have much bow lift characteristic.
