41 pc bow thruster

I’m looking to have a bow thruster installed on my 01 41pc. I’d like to install it in the factory location in the floor outside the head. Boat yard will be installing the tube and I will do the wiring. My question is has anyone done this and what size thruster and manufacturer did you use? Any pictures would be great.

for most formulas it's the lewmar thruster - I have the 34 PC so the attached chart dictates a TT 140 2.2 for your it seems like the chart shows for 41' a 185 TT3.0

We installed SideShift thrusters 2 years ago. they mount externally and are super easy to install. Ours are 24 volt so we put in 2 AGM batteries under the berth in the forward cabin and 2 in the stern. They each have their own chargers. My wife and I installed the bow thruster in about a day and a half. My neighbor helped me do the stern thruster in one day. The cost for both thrusters was about $9K. Batteries and chargers about $2K. They have wireless joysticks so you only need to run power to them. So far we love them.
