Bob just say the word, its an hour away but I can be there in 15 min.

Its on my "to do" list.

You know maybe some of our South Jersey members could join us...
 
1st week of august works for me.

Any Delaware or Ches Bay members interested?
 
Well of course I am in, I am about 45 mins to 1 hour away. My boat is on the Magothy River in the Bay. Anyone own a dingy we can use. We could all raft up and then ding over to shore. Fun Place for sure.
 
I know Andy at the Marina, i am sure we can get enough slips. We are usually there on a Wednesday or Thursday night. its the first stop on our way down to Baltimore or St Mikes. that is if the gas stays cheap.
 
I would definitely be interested in joining you all. A matter of fact, I am going to talk to the bosses here to see what we can do to help this be a rendezvous!

I also know he happens to be fond of Jelly Fish.

I don't believe we locked-in a firm date just yet. Off the top of my head I'm leaning towards the 1st and 2nd
 
We are usually there on a Wednesday, so dont worry about us, the weekend is better for most folks. I still may be able to make the weekend.

we normaly take that week off and are at the inn on Wednesday.

I'm probally going to take off the week of Aug 3rd. We could kick the weekend off (1st and 2nd) at Jelly Fish Joel's and if your still running down to B Town and St Mike's, we could run down together.
 
I start in AC on Wednesay and we usually run from AC to the Ches Inn with 1 stop at Utch's to check fluids and top off the tanks.
In the past we have had up to 12 boats on this run. last year only 4. Spent Wednesday and Thur at the Inn then Fri Sat at Joels headed home on Sunday. We shorted the travel due to price of gas.
 
Whatever date you nail down is fine with me. We boat every Saturday and I already promised my wife we would go to Jelly this year since we did not make it there last year.

All right, It's cold, I can hear the wind howling, and I'm board So... I take it this get together didn't happen ???

Well, it is a beautiful day for planning next summer! If it's on a weekend and between St Mike's and Chesapeake City I can make it! I'm a big Fairly creak fan. Anything you want in one location. Camp fire's on the beach and crabbing to the restaurant and Jelly Fish Joel's without moving the boat.

What does everyone think?
