Clearcoat chipping and flaking

I?ve got a couple of spots that the clearcoat is chipping and flaking off. Seems to be mostly on the red accent stripes. Anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with it?

Should I wet sand the spots then touch it up with more clearcoat?

Did you every decide on what to do with the flaking clear coat? I have a 2011 350ss with black onyx hull that has a lot of clear coat flaking and am not sure what to do with it.

Not yet. Hoping to have it looked at over the winter but the number of people near me who do work on Imron is almost 0.
