Color Codes for Paint Touch up

We own a 2013 dark blue Formula 45 and are in need of touching up the blue in some sun damaged spots. The paint might not match after 8 years but does anyone know where I can get the color codes for our vessel?
 
TAG is the answer I just recently got the paint codes for my 2010 from Scott Ransbottom

I'm having a professional do it for me. I'm a do it yourself-er, but I don't trust myself to get this right. He happens to be a great friend as well and he worked on our catamaran a few years back. He mentioned the need to do a blend so that the new paint won't stick out compared to the existing 8 year old color. There are a few sensitive spots in which the clear coat did not hold up to the intense Florida heat.
