Compass Fault in vessel view - only on a SE heading

Recently purchased a 2016 Formula 31PC and receiving an intermittent compass warning alert on our Vessel View 7 but it is only on a SE heading. We upgraded the the vessel view to latest software and still receiving same warning. The alarms page indicates no heading alarm. The mechanical compass is working correctly. It appears that it may not be an issue at low speed. Our MFD is a Raymarine e97 with Lighhouse 2 version 19.03. Also have RS130 GPS version 3.03. Experimented with turning the internal GPS off in the E97 but still received the alarm. Any insights for further troubleshooting? Thank you.
 
Simple fix...don't head SE. Sorry.
Does your boat have autopilot and the fluxgate compass? It could be related to that if you do.
