First time winterizing 41PC

First time winterizing. Boat in the water - covered slip. Tired of paying $1500 for someone else to do it. 41PC, Cummins diesels. I have completed the head/galley/cockpit sink/transom shower. Hot water heater not accessible to bypass/drain so I ran antifreeze through through the hot water side as well.

Oil changes done.

Forced antifreeze through the AC system with a sump pump submerged in a 5 gallon bucket. Pumped antifreeze through the system until I watched pink discharge into the creek.

Engines and genset next. I bought a Sea-Flush with siphon hose. I will put the sea flush into the strainer, run siphon hose from the sea flush to 5 gallon bucket. Fill bucket, start engine, add pink stuff to the bucket until it discharges from the exhaust. Same with genset.

My question is how do I remove the water from pickup side from the strainer to the pickup? I thought I could try a wet/dry vac to remove the raw water from the hose from the strainer to the seacock but how do I get the water from inside the ball valve in the closed seacock? (Boat is in the water)

I need to do this with the genset and AC pickup side as well.

If anyone has a better way to anything that I have mentioned above or any other tips/tricks/suggestions I would me very grateful! Thank you!!

I?m not doing fuel filters this season. Only 38 hours on engines this year. Racor filters are clean, nothing in the bowls.
