Generator won't stay running

So, tried running my genset. Kohler 7.5 EKD The generator started then shut right down. Engine Fault alarm. According to the troubleshooting manual that would be fuel related. Low pressure pump was not working. Replaced same. I now get approx. 55 psi to the injector, and good flow. I disconnected the tubing and flowed into a bucket. This indicates that both HP and LP fuel pumps are good. I pulled the injector a cleaned it with contact cleaner. I'm still getting the same alarm. Pulled spark plug looks good, no carbon build up. Any thoughts??

Might be the fuel pressure sensor.

So I had this happen and it turned out to be the impeller in the water pump needed replacing

The impeller is fine. Changed it, and I get good water flow. Also this model has a water flow alarm, (I've had that issue, in the past, always have a spare). I tried to check for a fuel pressure sensor, but couldn't find anything that looked like it measured fuel pressure, looks like there is a sensor for manifold pressure, that bears more investigation. I think I'm going to pull the injector and see if I can actuate it, see if I get a good uniform spray. There was a technique on YouTube on how to do this.

Try the TMAP sensor. GM39604. It should be right on the manifold.

Ive been through all this with my gas gen in my 382. I know the plugs look good, Just replace them, All of my fuel, startup, shutdown..ect ect issues were solved by simply replacing the sparkplugs. Mine also looked good. Something about that watercooled engine really likes new fresh plugs.......
