I have a Simrad CE32 DGPS Chart Sounder (2002) and noticed that my GPS shows I'm in Miami FL. when in reality I am in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The direction shows I'm headed North when really facing South. The temperature and depth seem to be correct but I'm not positive. The MOB lat. and long. are way off too and don't match the Miami location as showed on the screen. ??
Upon powering up It (this season) now prompts me to enter a language. It never did this before and worked fine last season. I've tried the master reset and no luck.
Any ideas?? I've heard that theres a (watch size) battery in these units and may need replacement but not sure.
