leaking hatch

Hi all I am new to this so please bare with me. lol I own a 1999 34pc and I love it!! except for the last 2 years. I have a leak that shows up on the port side. you would think that it would be coming in from the hatch. I have resealed the unit along with installing all new windshield rubbers around and under the windshield. in short I too the whole assembly apart and installed all new. I have check for leaks coming around the base of the rails. And guess what side I sleep on. you got it! or should I say I get it. but the tricky thing is it only does it once in a while when the rain and wind are coming just the right way. I have taken a garden hose and let it run everywhere and nothing. I is showing up a the lowest part of the headliner. I give up and that's why I am here hoping some can help.

What about the bow rail stanchions? Have they been re-bedded? your leak could be coming in from there. water travels the path of least resistance and can travel quite a ways before being noticed.
