Just bought a new to me 242LS and wanted to say hi. It’s a 1986 with a 260/Alpha so it’s definitely not a speed demon but we like it. I’m coming from a 97 250 Sundancer so a little different. I want to add a refrigerator in the cabin on the starboard side where the icebox was, little updating on some of the materials in the cabin. Nothing major, I’m sure I will have some questions.

Welcome aboard. Great boat and great area to boat in. I am hoping to make it up there in the next couple of years.

Congratulations and welcome aboard. I'm always amazed on how many old Formulas are still out there, goes to show how well they are built.

You guys have some funny gravity there, that's for sure! Glad it's on a trailer so it doesn't float away

*If anyone cares, it's because iOS stores image rotation as metadata. Where most just store the image in the 'correct' orientation. Technically there is no up, so the iOS way really is ideal, but many other things can't read that metadata...:)

Congrats on the new to you 242. The classic Formulas have timeless lines that will never be out of style.
