Hi,
Trying to figure this out.
2017 350 CBR with trip 300 Verado?s, Raymarine ES 12? MFD and vessel view 702.
Autopilot and skyhook worked fine until boat sat overnight and shore power was not plugged in so batts went dead.
plugged in next day waited few hours for then to charge. Took boat out and no autopilot. Raymarine shows ?no pilot? or red x over pilot symbol on screen.

tried many times over the past few days still not working.
Also did a software update to the Raymarine.
am I missing a setting or nema set up? Not sure where the autopilot module is located if it has one?
no brakes are tripped or fuse that I could find without removing the dash.

Any help appreciated. Not my boat, good friend of mine.

PS? We ordered a new 2022 310 SS with twin 400 JPO Verado?s! So this info may help in the future LOL.

Don't know a lot about the system, but with the Bat going dead, it could be they need to be replaced. If the Bat doesn't come up to full charge when motors are running may cause an issue.

As you say it may need reprogramming or reset. I would get the manuals and start there. Most of the autopilot control units are behind the helm

Thanks. They are brand new batteries. I looked thru the manuals and online forums/Raymarine etc…. Will call TAG tomorrow

Fixed. Batts went dead again by accident. Charged them up and all fixed. Can’t make this stuff up lol
