Saggy Headliner

I am looking at a 1996 41 PC (My dream boat) and everywhere I look there is vinyl and headliner sagging down.
I understand this is a very common Formula problem.
Any ideas on the cost to repair this kind of thing ? Do all cabinets etc. have to come out ?

It is a real issue with the headliners. I am dealing with this starting on my 02 37PC. For mine, to fix this right it would be extremely expensive as it will require major parts of the interior be removed prior. I am also exploring other options that would bring the costs down such as changing the headliner design so only parts would need to be done vs the entire headliner.

I recently purchased a 2000 41PC and love her, pinch myself every time i go out and whoever I take for a ride is just in awe of her performance BUT the Headliner is sagging, it has gotten twice as bad as when I acquired her. I contacted Formula and Bryan actually sent me the Company Sanctined repair and you send me your e-mail i can send it to you.
