shifter stuck in neutral how to fix? bravo 3 out drive

if Mine was stuck, I'd disconnect it from the drive at the bracket on top of the engine and see if I could move the shifter. that will tell you if it's at the drive or controls.

It's most likely at the drive, but worth a quick test.

next, since it's most likely the drive, I'd pull the drive, and see if the cable goes in/out on the transom when you move it at the helm.

or if it's all buggered up.

Agree, don't try to shift with motor not running
