Subwoofer in 41PC

Hi everyone. The 41 PC (I have 2002) never came with a subwoofer. I would like to add one but cant really find a great location. The port lounger is filled with tables and stuff. Behind the helm is the window for the aft cabin. My only guess is the starboard stern next to the seat. Anyone ever install one ? Ideas please!
Thanks.

The last boat we had I was able to cut holes for speakers (10", 5", & tweeters with McIntosh crossovers) which sounded unbelievable, but even before we settled on the Formula I had to agree "NO HOLES" so I haven't even looked for a location. We're going down this weekend so I'll do a quick look for suggestions. Someone once suggested put the sub at the location you want to listen, then move around to find the best sound. When you have it locate the sub there. That works for home systems but may help locate on the 41.

Ill be installing two subs under the helm seat in my 04. I already installed new Fosgate amps and Infinity speakers all around. Ill be posting pics when I have time. Powered Bazooka Tubes are a good sub alternative, that I considered.

Under my helm seat is storage on one side and the chair that flips on the other. Will there be room. I'd love to see pics. Thanks. !!

So under my helm seat I have two large cavities behind the starboard panels as you can see from the pic its 8" deep. Thinking about installing a 12" infinite baffle sub. under helm seat.jpg

I recently installed the JL M12IB6 infinite baffle. Sound is great but I do think it sounds better with more power you put to it. Its only available in 4ohm so not all amps will produce the power one might want. Prior install I was using a JL XD 1/1000, 1000 watts at 2ohm into a 10". The XD is only 600 watts at 4 ohm. The 12" didn't sound all that mush better than my 10" with only 600 watts. Def lower bass but overall but not what I'd say was worth the effort. I changed amps to a 1200 watt and wow did things change. The 12" sounds great and really puts out now.
