We purchased-ordered a 2008 400SS with Volvo Penta D6 370's brand new straight from the Formula Factory. Currently we have just over 700 hours on our engines. We have had the engines maintained by a Volvo Authorized Dealer from day 1. In 2008 we had to pull the port engine for an oil pan leak. In 2009, we had to pull the starboard engine for a trim line. This year (2013), we have to pull the Port engine for the trim line AND the Starboard engine Lower Unit needs to be rebuilt/replaced due to the Outdrive.
Anyone else have issues? We paid an awful up-charge for these engines....
