What's next aug 16-18?

Selfishly my wife and I have a free weekend(no kids) and are open to ideas, suggestions, company for a quick trip. We will be coming from Great Egg. Looking forward to first overnight on the boat. If anyone has interest let me know and maybe we can sync up.
 
I,m starting a new post on the Chesapeake. we are planning a trip for 8/10 to 8/19. have fun
 
On the way back from the Chesapeake we will probably be in AC at Golden Nugget Friday, 8/16 or Sat, 8/17. Let me know if you will be there. You see my boat pic and Jo Wojo has a 2006 48 Yacht blue hull.
 
Ok sounds like a plan! Friday the 16th don't call me Francis is playing on the deck at the Nugget!

We will be there! So right now it's buddy, wojo and baz! Who else is in?
 
Not sure that will work for us....AC is our backyard. I need to take a real trip! Thinking either ocm or Annapolis. Going to decide tomorrrow when I get back from California!

OCM 90 miles inlet to inlet. That would be my choice. Stay at OC Sunset Marina. Great restaurant, pool and bar! Small cab ride to seacrets!! Great adult trip!
 
We did OCM a few years back (guy trip) on Wojo's tub. Great time. Secrets is great. Baz, want to meet up with us? Starts friday at South Jersey Marina. Sat lunch in the C&D canal and moving along to the Chesapeake to Baltimore.........
 
Buddy, I would love to but I can't take off next week and this weekend I can't get away. I am going to push off on Friday the 16th....
 
We are leaving St. Michaels marina next Friday morning 8/16 and heading to the Chesapeake Inn & Marina for the night until Sat morn. Then Golden Nugget Sat Night.
 
The wife and I enjoyed st michaels a few years back. Enjoy
I am booked this Friday and Saturday night at sunset in ocm. Weather looks good and I am looking forward to the run from great egg to oc. It's not too late if anyone else feels like getting away!
 
Sounds good Baz. We actually changed our plans a bit. We're in Baltimore now and leaving for Annapolis this morning. Then Mears Great Oaks for Thursday and Friday night. then heading back to Cape may and AC working our way home for Sunday eve.
 
Hey Buddy, it's Anthony from Pura Vida the black 31pc that was next to ya in AC. I maybe heading up the New York harbor this weekend perhaps up the Hudson. What was the name of the marina on the Jersey side you stayed at? And how long was the trip from Barneget inlet? If we don't go I'll try to get down to AC. As long as you are going to be there so I can show my wife are next boat. Hope all is well!
 
Liberty landing is on jersey side and on ny side is Chelsea piers. Chelsea is not protected so it is not that comfortable to stay but a good place to tie up and see the city. Shouldn't take you more than 3 hours from BI..
 
So I just got to sunset marina. Took under 3 hours. Ocean was like a lake until we hit Delaware. We did 35mph the entire way. Weather looks rough Sunday so we meathead back and hit Farley sat night. Buddy are you and castines still going to Farley say night ? If so we may meet up with you
 
Pura Vida, sorry just saw your text. I havn't been on for a bit and we were in the Chesapeake that week. I hope you figured out it was Liberty Landing marina. If you ever go there Liz is the manager in the store and mention my name. Also when we were in AC we left early Sunday morning to head back to Toms river while high tide. We took the bay home. Wife was tired of rough seas
