Winlass - No Power

Hello - I have a 2007 37PC and this weekend, after dropping 100? of chain on the lake bottom. When I went to pull in the anchor, the winlass was dead. It acted like there was no power to the unit.

Can anyone tell me if there are any circut breakers besides the one in the cockpit? Or, other ideas.

On my 2006 31, there is a battery in the bow for the thruster (in my case) and the windlass along with a 100 amp breaker for each. The below diagram may help.
