Winterizing a 1995 PC 27

Prior to winterizing my newly acquired above boat, I read several posts to get some direction to properly winterize. After crawling around the bilge etc, I admitted defeat and will let the dealer take care of the chore this year. The water lines exit the 12V pump and run front to back, to water heater and then back to front etc. Then throw in the macerater etc and I was concerned I would miss something and then pay the big bucks to repair in the spring. So, to prepare for ned year a couple questions. 1. Is it better to just blow out all the water lines instead of pumping RV juice through? 2. I could not find the fresh water tank drain valve. Is this tank just pumped out using the 12V pump and then call it good? I can handle the engines ok, probably just drain, as the port engine has a sea strainer/hull pickup and the starboard engine appears to pickup via the outdrive. Thanks for any help on this, I want to get educated for next year

Did your 95 27pc come with all the Formula manuals? If not pick up a mercruiser manual for your motor and it should tell you how to properly winterize the motor. You could always shoot over an email to Formula's TAG group for assistance. I'm convinced you can find how to do anything on youtube as well. It would be nice if your dealer would let you watch so you can gain some knowledge on what you need to do, but doubtful they will let you because they want to retain that business if possible.
