Yanmar air locked?

So, like an idiot I ran one engine dry, The gauge showed 1/4 tank. The racers are full but the engine does not run. I tried to prime it but there is no resistance.
Any help would be appreciated . ???
 
You will need to crack open the bleeder screw on the injection pump, once clear flow (no air bubbles) close bleeder, If still wont start, I would crack open 3 of the fuel injector lines at the injectors. once you see clear fuel seaping while cranking close tighten the injector lines. once it starts let it idle untill it smooths out.

It would also help if when you post a Q you give details, Engine model, etc.
