Hey Jim,
I didn't install the swim platform on my boat, it came from the factory with it. I'm not sure if you messaged the corrrect person because my boat doesn't have an overlaid platform, it's a bolt-on that mounts to the original swim platform below the rub-rail. Mines the third boat in on the pic in this thread:

Thanks for the post regarding extended swim platforms. Did you install the platform yourself? How was the thru-hall bolts and brackets used below the rub rail? I’m assuming getting behind the engines is a challenge... Did you purchase from swim platforms.com? Sorry so many questions as I’m getting closer to my final decision. Leaning towards step down to be closer to water which will also assist with my wave runner tow system.
