Looking for decal letters for 1989 206LS

I am looking for the stick on letters that are located behind the windscreen that read F-206LS. They are 1 1/2" tall, chrome with a black shadow. I called Formula this morning and they gave me the name of Chad Widnhold who can do these but no contact information. Does anyone on the Forum know...

    Looking a L and U stern letters for 206LS

It has been several years since I have posted anything on the forum. I have a 1989 206LS that I have owned since early 2002. It has the Palm Beach color scheme which is a little dated now but I still like it. I was cleaning it today and noticed that the Stern Formula Lettering was missing the...

    Out of the water....Again!

Due to the ever lowering level of Lake Eustis I decided to put the boat on the trailer last Wednesday. My grandaughter and I took it over to the launch ramp. Since last September, which is about the time our canal was dredged, the lake has dropped 12". Going out the first 200 yards of the canal...

    206LS owners

I am ordering some new gasket material to go around the bottom of the windshield and also the vertical H gasket in the center. Now here is my question. Is there a metal cover at the top of the windshield where the H gasket intersects with the top windshield gasket?

    After 18 months +/-

THe 206 has been on the lift now for around 18 months, been so long I've forgotten the exact number. Long story short is there has been a contractor working in the development dredging the canals and he started on ours today. hopefully I can have the boat in the water in a couple of weeks. I...

    Upholstery finally done

I had started a thread a few months ago on having the boat rehupholstered. Well I finally got everything back together this morning. Since the lake water level is still low there hasn't been any reason to finish it up in a hurry. Here are a couple of photos of what it looks like now. I have to...

    Formula exhaust tips

Mopower got me to thinking with the work he is doing on his T'box, does Formula use two different size tips, one for small block engines and a larger size for the big blocks?

    reupholstering

Since I can't get the boat out I decided to go ahead and replace the vinyl. I want to do do the seats back in the original colors. The boat is in the Palm Beach scheme. I emailed Formula yesterday to see if the material was still available. If not does anybody know of another source that may...

Won't be boating for a while

We have had so little rain here over the last few months that he lake is down almost 3 feet from what it should be this time of year. There is no water under the dock right now. I could kick myself for not putting the boat on the trailer 5 months ago, but I kept thinking that it might rain...

    Coil problem

Pulled the coil wire off the coil yesterday and found something I haven't seen before. There was a hole melted in the side of coil tower on the minus side and also it was melted a little on the other side. Last summer I put a set of MSD plugs on and a little later added a MSD Hi-Vibration coil...

    Tampa Boat Show

My wife and myself took off this morning and went to boat show. I mainly wanted to see some of the boats I had only seen pictures of. Among the fast boat manufacturers was Donzi, Baja, and Fountain. I got a good look at the Fastechs. Passport Marine had a 292, 353 and 382. The 382 has the 700hp...

    Sea strainers

I'm thinking about putting a sea strainer in the intake line to the engine. 350 small block with Alpha drive. I know it won't help as far as the raw water pump is concerned, but would like to keep som trash, sand out of the engine. The lake levels are low here now because of a lack of rain and I...
