Agree with Gsent, your Bats are the initial issue. A AGM at 12.4V is 75% and going down to 11V is about dead While the boat gauge may have an issue, the Alt should output 14 to 14.5V at the Bat, same as the Bat charger

Quality AGM will last longer but do cost more I have 3 Odyssey Extreme Bats coming in tomorrow

From what I'm reading the 34 is a auto Bat and the 24 is marine. 34 has more slightly CCA but 24 has more reserve capacity Just my take
