I've had a few people ask me if my 02 496 ho mags have had the update when I was telling them about belt shavings /dust in the bilge. They didn't know what the update was but had heard of one. Is there a bulletin from Merc or Formula on this issue? Thanks.

I developed a p/s leak behind the port engine. hard to see where the connection is bad (cooler,hose) has anyone bypassed the p/s pump with a different belt set up? I also had a idler go bad and tossed a belt. who is making the best idler replacements?

My 02 370ss has a 3 position ( on/off/on) for the volt meter . the upper is empty the lower is for the meter. Is this how Formula wired it? Should I move the volt meter to ignition side of key switch and do away with the switch? Thanks

Has anyone made a fuel crossover on a 370ss? A friend with a 31 pc lost his port engine and then ran out of fuel trying to come home on on the starboard engine. Seems a simple crossover set up would have worked.

Is there a trick for getting the lower slide out of the track? uppers came right out but the steps on the lowers lock it into the track. I didn't want to start prying it out in this cold CT weather. I didn't see this addressed in earlier threads. Thanks.

Has anyone used a solar panal kit while out on the hook? I spent a week in Block Island and had to run the gen 2 hours twice a day on my 370ss. I was thinking a solar set up layed out on the deck might be enough to keep up with the 2 fridges and reduce gen time.
