Not easily. I looked into this when installing a N2K network for stereo and chart plotter. Im forgetting the exact nomenclature but ECM is probably MEFI3 or 4 gen.
Needs to be 5 or later as I recall.
There?s a guy making interface boxes for a couple hundred bucks that bridge the older ECUs data to the N2K network. As usual I can?t recall all the specifics but I have it somewhere in my boat files. Will dig it up and post

I would need one for the MEFI3 for mine. Other than the 'neat' factor, I'm not sure what this really adds, unless you're doing all new gauges at the dash and want it nice and neat.
