2007 Formula 34PC Helm TV Mount

I need to locate the mount part that is the VESA compiaint part that attaches to the back of the TV. The Arch part of the mount is fine.
Does anyone know where to locate one of these or has one?

Try T.A.G. (Technical assistance group) 260-724-1412 , 260-724-1413. I contacted them about five years ago and they helped me find the original manufacturer and part number for a missing cleat on my 2005 34PC. With that information I was able to special order it through West Marine.
