2009 40PC Shower Door - how does it attach - Glue or just friction

Hopefully this will make sense, as my pictures somehow did not work.

Getting ready for my first "real" trip and in doing a once over I found the shower door has "broken loose" from it's "hinge".

I say "hinge" because it just appears that the TRACK that the edge of the door sits in has come "un-glued".

But upon inspection it looks like if I glue it back, the door won't flex enough in that track or will it.

Does anyone have any ideas of how that leading edge of the door should be connected to the u-channel....does it just SIT in their and thus it is loose and can flex, or should it be glued somehow to prevent it from popping out.

Thanks in advance

Sorry I am 900 miles from my boat to check it out. I would call TAG. Where are you headed to?

Yeah I emailed TAG and waiting on a response....figured I would double down and see what others might have to say.

We are heading up to Lake Huron, from Western Lake Erie.

Not sure now far up we will go, but who knows....10 day trip.

Across Lake Erie, up the Detroit River, Across Lake St Clair, Up the St Clair river and into Lake Huron and back.

Jed,

Not sure on how it connects, was just at the boat over the weekend too. Sounds like a great trip. Let us know how it goes as we want to do that trip next year. Are you staying in Port Huron or at Sarnia Bay Marina?

We have focused on Lake Erie only this year. Went to Pelee last weekend. Did Leamington at the end of June, Middle Bass for the 4th, have also been to PIB 5x and Kelleys once. We are doing Huron Boat Basin this coming weekend

Thanks and understand, not something you look at until it comes up :)

Staying at Sarnia, then depending on weather heading further North or not....

Been to the Bay a bunch, must have missed you every time.

For sure, next year (if we go) the more the merrier.
