2022 310 SS Twin 400 Verado New Build

Congrats, I was at the Miami boat show and looked at the 310 but the sales guy didn't even want to talk to me. Guess a KY boy didn't look like he could buy one.

The Formula site didn't show you can get it without Axis. You getting it with or without?

Edit: Just noticed your getting the SS, I was looking at the 310 BR

Yes planning a visit.
alldoge. The outboard calls out JPO. Joystick piloting. Not sure but I think you can get without.

I see JPO as just something else to go wrong, but does make it easier to dock

Wonder how long it will take Formula website to be updated and show a 310SS with OB.

I still can't get over that . . you would think they would talk to anyone that showed interest. Usually they want to get your email address so they can bombard you with info after the show.

Interestingly . . . Formula still uses wood in their SS & CBR product lines. It's a little bit tough to see from the pictures. I assume it is still the 'Perma Panel' KDAT plywood that they have been using since the early 2000's.

I looked at a 2015 330 CBR this past fall . . . . wood stringers and bulkheads. I got some factory photos from the TAG folks, and it looked like the transom is a synthetic, which is nice.

They got my email, they had you sign in with that kind of stuff before you could see the boats

you can write anything you want. ;)

We looked at everything 29-33' twin outboards, joystick. (including spent a lot of time on the formula boats).
We kept coming back to the Monterey 305SS. for the looks and price.
(Max beam for us is 10' wide garage door).

But, with new engines and steering, going to run our 292 FasTech long as we can.

Lookin good Steve, I am sure you enjoyed your factory tour. Great gesture of buying lunch for everyone. I am sure the workers enjoyed it. Let us know when it arrives. Good Luck.

It has arrived in Rainey Florida! Hope to take delivery mid to end of next week. Tucked inside waiting for this tropical wave to pass!1D78B9E8-6D1F-41E6-8449-6480E07DF593.jpg
