260BR - Windlass & GPS install suggestions

I would like to install a windlass a 260BR- has anyone done this? It appears that I'll need to change out the bow lights. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I also plan to install a chart plotter/sounder. I have seen some mounted to the right side of the helm which seems to obscure the depth gage and others mounted on top of the helm to the left of the compass. Any other options? Suggestions?
 
sitting at the helm today I was thinking about where I would mount a chart plotter. I don't see a good place to flush mount one. A bracket mounted on the top left side of the dash to the left of the compass is a possibility. As I thought more about it I was thinking that if one could mount a swiveling bracket to the left side of the dash that could be tilted toward the helm and not clutter the dash and mess with sight lines that might work to...
 
260BR windlass installation

Did you ever install the windlass on your 260br? I need to install one on mine, and am currently looking for any useful info from someone who has! Thanks!
 
I installed one on my Proline 23' fishing boat
What info are you looking for.
I came off the battery and installed a 30 amp breaker by the battery, ran new wire to under the dash were I install a relay ( 30 amp to 5 amp for control wiring ) then from there to windless.
I installed a up and down switch in the dash. ( No foot pedals on the bow )
I beefed-up the underneath of the windless to strengthen the area were it was mounted.
 
I installed a windlass on my 330 SS. Does not look like there is much space in the nose of the 260 BR to mount anything . . .
