27PC Lists to Stbd

So this has been a constant since I took delivery last year. Our 08 27PC lists to starboard - I'll estimate about 2-3 degrees. Always. Pic below shows starboard side accent stripe just touching the waterline. Port side stripe is about 3" above the waterline. Doesn't matter how much is in the waste tank, how much is in the fresh water tank or how much fuel we have. Anybody else? Any ideas?

A quick google image search confirms it's not just you.

Oh and the young lady throwing out the shocker hand sign is the best part! lol

Do either of you have AC and a gen? Our 27PC leans to port, but we don't have AC or a Gen. If I recall, those are on the starboard side, or slightly offset to starboard.

Not my boat. We are in a SS but I figured it was worth the search to see if there were more like it. Seems odd that it isn't balanced correctly. Especially for Formula.

I think the hull design is the same as my older one (99) and the weight and balance of the 27Pc was tricky...meaning even the slightest difference in weight from port to stbd caused a "list" as you are experiencing.

You MUST have more weight on the STBD side somewhere or somehow...or the factory goofed on your model and something is buried somewhere in your hull causing this.

Put some weight in the side make a box and can use lead shot.
a lot of boat makers do it most people just do not know about it.
Narrow beam boats are tough to get it right with different options.
My .02 not a big deal. Have had to do it on many brand boats.

Tackling replies:

The young lady is my wife. She has no idea what she's doing - but our son is clearly entertained! It's only marginally comforting to know that we're not alone.

I have AC and Gennie. Gen is well centered. (See photo) AC is to Stbd.

As for adding weight - an interesting thought. Easiest solution would be to have my wife take the helm and I'd takeover the lounger. Not sure she'd go for that. Assuming we do have a balance issue, it'd be awfully disappointing on a Formula. Going to deep dive weight distributions next trip up. Might be time to buy a wakeboard Fat Sac - or a call to TAG.

Did you check trim limit switches, so both drives stop in the same spot. with engines off, trim the drives then measure the trim cylinder length both engines should be the same. Dale

Mine listed as well and the 27PC IMO was tricky. Always had to play with trim tabs to get boat to ride smoothly without listing. But the good thing about the 27PC is it really teached me how to drive. My 31PC is way easier to handle vs the 27PC.

Let me know if that works,
I may have to make mine list ::)

Managed to spent a little time yesterday tinkering - mostly cleaning and installing a just-purchased, used dock box and scrubbing bird poop from canvas and swim platform. Looked into the list as well.

Trim limit - check.
AC correction - it's to port.
Bilge is bone dry - as always.
Did some gear rearranging. Everything remains status quo. Maddening. Need a lot of something heavy on the port (fridge) side....hmm...

you know - my fridge was ALWAYS full of "something" ...maybe that is how it was designed, to run full
