Having done this a couple of times on my 34PC which should be essentially the same hatch, its pretty easy.
If you go inside the bilge area and look at the where the arm bolts to the bottom of the hatch, there are several phillips head machine screws that bolt up into the hatch. Remove those and the hatch can be lifted off assuming you have also disconnected the lifting piston. The nuts on the other side must be glassed in place as I have never had to find them or lost one of them when disassembling/reassembling. There will also be a wire for a light inside hatch that needs to be disconnected.
One other word of advice, not sure how you are planning to lift it off but I put lifting straps around it while it is open and then close the hatch down on those before I disassemble
Hope this helps.
