400SS Cabin repolster

Has anyone ever took the upper side panels that cover duct work out of there 400SS above the couches in the cabin, the apolstery is coming off and I'd like to redo them. Not sure how they come off, since my boat is 4 hours away, just making sure I have the right tools.

I believe you have to get in behind the electrical panel to unscrew a couple of fasteners, and then the valance should drop. I will try to confirm this afternoon.

OK, scratch that. You actually need to go in through the speaker covers to get to a couple of (I believe) 7/16" bolt heads that are holding the valances up in the front. At the back they are just pinned up with a couple of studs.
