40PC hydraulic platform

Does anyone have any info on the hydraulic platforms used on the 2001 to current 40PC models.
I know they switched suppliers somewhere along the way but kept the initial design the same.
TNT lifts made the original lifts but the factory was hit by one of the hurricanes and lost everything including their computer cad drawings supposedly.

I am pulling my 40PC due to some failed service work and was thinking of overtaking the project of the platform this winter.

Please inform if anyone has brochures, drawings, schematics, directions, etc.

Thank You

My platform is a Latham Marine of Ft. Lauderdale. They have been making the platforms for quite a few years. They have a very helpful technical dept. I once had them on the phone for over hour running some tests till we could figure out the problem. Call them they will give you all the info you need. 800-422-7267

I am going to install the hydraulics for the hydraulic platform. We currently have the rigid type that does not move.
I have already upgraded the platform mounts that connect platform to the square arms.
It will be a huge task but I am looking forward to it.
Steel.....hydraulics......& electric.......what could go wrong!!!!!!!!!

jschulte,

Did you ever look into installing the hydraulics on your platform? I called TNT but they told me to call Latham who told me to call Formula. Formula was nice enough to inform me that it was $28,000 to convert my lift. I knew it was expensive but I didn't expect it to be that much.

My thought was getting a parts manual from the original TNT lift and trying to buy the parts from TNT and installing them. I even have a circuit breaker for the lift already. I don't think it would be that hard to install a couple of pumps and cylinders.
