41 PC Galley table shakes

Hello All !! My 2002 41 PC galley table shakes when you try to sit there and eat. Really annoying. It is sturdy at the base but seems to be wobbly where the table sits on the pedestal. Tightened all the screws inside and out. I physically took the table off the stand to see if something was loose inside and nothing. Anyone else with this issue? Thanks.
 
We have the same issue on our 40PC. Seems to be a leverage issue with the posts being friction fit into the holes in the floor and on the table mounts.
 
Silly quesrion...have you tried flipping the leg...just an idea.

Not sure it will matter...but there is a chance.

Hi toofast. You can't flip the leg it's mounted to the base and is not changeable. Divergirl it's really annoying to be sitting there and the table shakes! My dock neighbor has the same boat different year. His does the same thing but to a much lesser extent. Trying to think of a fix but one that still allows the table to go up and down as my daughter uses the couch as abed when we go away. Thanks for the reply all!
