My alarm went off tonight. The bilge had the usual amount of water. I'd like to locate the sensor, does anyone know where it is?

That makes perfect sense, and in both our cases, it's a good thing to hear the alarm while at the dock for the first time. If while underway, it would be worse, on multiple levels, of course.Had the same problem this week, couldn't figure out how to shut it off for 30 minutes. In my case some water got into the bilge while I was cleaning the generator strainer. The bilge pumped it mostly dry but the alarm still kept firing when I flipped it back on. Shop vac'd it dry, still went off. Shop vac'd the area beneath the freshwater pump in the aft cabin, then it stopped firing. Called Formula, evidently the sensors are super sensitive and need to be bone dry to stay off.
There should be another high water alarm inside the cabin. I have a 40 PC but when the shower box stops working it will eventually set off the high water alarm in the cabin.
The sensor is the same as the float switches for the pumps. I'm not sure how you could have a false alarm.
What Matty says, I’ll add, if you are facing the twin beds, the one aft, nearest to the head. First compartment, all the way towards the center of the berth. You have to look. It just looks like a black fob. The breaker is above the generator to disable it.

If you are looking at the sump box, you are under the wrong bed. Move over to the bed that is on the same side as the head, like I said before. Furthest port compartment with the bilge pump and the transducer as shown above.

I think there is a third alarm all the way aft in the bilge too. That would be between the pods under the hydraulic platform pump by the aft bilge pump.I’m not sure though, I am going off memory.
