I started cleaning out my garage yesterday, and the number of spares I had blew me away. 
It's a perfect starter kit for any 45Y owner. Only catch is I?m going to sell them as a block so I can minimize the time spent on this. It?s probably $1500 or so from your mechanic, online you could probably get it for $1200. I?ll sell them for $1k plus shipping. I?m going to throw in the used parts that I kept as emergency backups?.things like pulley parts. Essentially all of the stuff I?ve taken off of the boat that will work in a pinch.
I also have spare props, 2 full sets (Volvo part #3861095) which I?m going to sell together. One is in perfect condition and is what I use if I get hauled for a simple strike. Then I send the damaged set out to be repaired, and I?m out of the water for a few hours, not a week. The other set came on the boat when I got it, and is pitted. I?m going to sell both sets at the same time since the second set will be a true emergency set. They?re $3400 per set, so I?m thinking $3k plus shipping.
