Abnormal chromium and iron ppm in gear oil sample

I am under contract to buy a 2006 Formula 34 PC and the oil sample analysis showed abnormal levels of chromium (28 ppm) and iron (421 ppm) in the starboard gear oil. Port gear is fine as are the engines and generator. Engines have about 560 hours. I don't have the complete maintenance records yet so I don't know when the gear oil was last changed. The last major engine service was in the fall of 2018 so I'll have all that done if I buy the boat before I bring it home. I know these readings indicate possible bearing, clutch plate or gear wear but I am looking for any thoughts from owners who might have had similar readings on oil samples in the past. And what did you do about it, or find. The boat is really nice in all other respects and performed well in the sea trial, the engines ran very smoothly, topping out about 40. It is owned by a man from Switzerland and so has been extremely lightly used the last several years due to his inability to get to the boat, currently near Boca Raton, FL. Thoughts? And thanks!
