Accurate drawings

Does anyone know where I can obtain a set of "as built" drawings for my boat. I spoke with TAG, this afternoon, and was told that the only existing drawings are those that come with the boat. These drawings are generic, do not reflect what's actually in the boat, and do not show all components. Specifically electrical. Without drawings, I'm finding it very hard to trouble shoot some of my problems. I looking for wiring diagrams and schematics, specifically. I pretty sure they don't build Formulas without them.

I assume you have seen this info? Look a bit lower in the page for the electrical schematics.

How do you know that 'as built' drawings even exist for your boat ?

Formula may not document as much as you give them credit for . . .

I have the drawings that came with the boat. These are not wiring diagrams or schematics. For example, my drawings show 4 batteries, 1 house, 1 port engine/house, 1 starboard, and 1 generator. In actuality, I have 2 house, 1 port, 1 starboard and 1 generator. Port and house, are somehow tied together by an ACR and 2 breakers, none of this shows on the drawings. These are just a few of the issues I've found while trying to troubleshoot problems that have arisen. I would hope that Formula would provide some type of schematic/wiring diagram to the folks, building the boat, in order to keep things consistent. Almost 40 years in industry, working with electrical controls I've never seen something built without accurate drawings, especially something built on an assembly line, for lack of a better term.

So, Formula TAG said that as-built drawings do not exist, but you are asking if somebody has them ?

I would agree that Formula probably has some production line purposed drawings that cover all of the option possibilities. Maybe you should see if TAG will send you any drawings/documentation that they use/used on the production line.
