I have a 40pc, also with five (5) batteries. I'm not sure it's the same but, here goes:
I have four (4) batteries in the engine room - Three (3) are Type 31. They are connected as follows: Two (2) are on the port engine in parallel and they act as the house battery bank, along with starting the port engine. One (1) is connected to the starboard engine and it acts as a starting battery. The fourth battery is a Type 24 and it is connected to the generator as a starting battery.
The fifth battery is a Type 31 located under the forward berth and is used for the bow thruster and/or anchor windlass. In my case, all of the batteries are AGM type. From the factory, they are all flooded lead/acid batteries except for the one under the berth which is an AGM battery. The Type 31's, in the engine room, are marine dual purpose and the Type 24 is a marine starting battery. My main battery charger (80 amp) is a three (3) leg type connected to the port engine room bank, the starboard starting battery and the AGM battery located under the forward berth. The generator starting battery has its own small battery charger mounted on the engine room bulkhead just over the battery.
I believe it is the same for you.
