Beeping alarm.

Ok thought issue was r solved by replacing water pressure sensor. Boat ran fine for 1 and a half hours then one steady beep for 3 seconds then zip engine ran no beep btw have replaced iac
but voltage meter is showing port engine only at 12 starboard still at 14where both were for 8 years
also port engine seems to run 10 degrees cooler
the icing. Had generator impeller changed. Runs fine but no out put
any chance all is related.
31 pc 350 salt water
ideas.

Your statement is cryptic at best, and for most part needs clarification.

Are you saying
Have a 31PC and port motor voltmeter at 12V and starboard reads 14V. Have owned boat for 8 years and all has been good till this issue.

Port motor running 10 degrees cooler (have no idea what icing means)

You also have a generator problem (maybe another thread for this one) which have changed the impeller but the gen has no output

You have 350 motors but what are the serial numbers?
Happen to know the motor serial numbers?

Yes. A little hasty in writing this. So now pet voltage is reading at 12. Was at 14. Until beep alarm
thought alarm issue was resolved by replacing water pressure sensor, but seems not to be fixed
engine is also running 10 degrees cooler at about 169

Need to know how your motor is configured, so we at least need to know the year, but serial numbers are best. Is it open or closed cooling? So far I gather you have twin engines, they are probably EFI because of the beep, but it might be MPI or TBI. I don't understand why its so hard to get info from you

Battery voltage being at 12 and not at 14 or so, this will cause the ECM to set a code (hence the beep)

I'm also not following your diagnosis cues but can tell you that when my alternator (also on a 31pc) was offline because of thrown breakers at the block, and my batteries were not being charged and voltage had dropped below their predetermined alarm settings, I got an alarm beep every three seconds until the issue was resolved - in my case by simply resetting the breakers on the blocks (found and fixed by my mechanic so I have no additional info on where/what/how etc.).

Being a 2005 your probably MPI, but if your open cooling then 169 degrees would be good (open cool MPI would have 160 degree thermostat) and 180 would be getting hot.

Check your alternator output, it should be 14 to 14.5V once rpms go above 1500 and stay there even when rpms go back to idle

Thanks. Output on alternator is only 12 So. I had read somewhere that low voltage output will send a beep alarm.
generator issue was resolved. Output breaker was not on. Guess when impeller was replaced it was tripped off

The ALT has 3 wires
Purple - 12V when key is turned ON
Orange - Battery voltage goes to starter post thru a 90 amp fuse
Red/Purple - Battery voltage comes from the 50 amp fuse

Check those connections

See my earlier post. If your batteries aren't being recharged by your alternator, you're going to get the low voltage beeps at some point. If the breaker was tripped and you've reset it, then the alternator SHOULD charge the batteries properly and there should be no alarm. If the alternator is still not functioning, then you need to diagnose THAT problem - AllDodge has provided info on that. If you are relying on your shore power alone to power your battery charger then you are going to run out of juice at some point on a long cruise and will need to call SeaTow. Good luck.
